How it works
Most clients give us Level 1 access or send the details. We make the filing, record the reference number in your hub, and keep the evidence for the compliance visit.
Names, CoS numbers, start dates, salaries and visa expiries. Fifteen minutes for most employers — or send us your SMS export and we set it up.
Reporting windows in England & Wales working days with bank holidays, visa expiries, unused CoS, right-to-work follow-ups and salary shortfalls, checked against the current guidance.
Every alert has “Handle this for me”. An immigration lawyer files the SMS report, requests or assigns the CoS, or prepares the application. Fixed fee, quoted before we start, paid by card.
Services and fees
Home Office application fees and the Immigration Skills Charge are separate and always shown separately. Anything not listed is quoted by a lawyer within one working day.

Why licences are lost
UKVI now moves straight to revocation rather than suspending first. Every sponsored worker then has 60 days to find a new sponsor or leave.
Who does the work
Every filing is prepared and checked by a person who does sponsor work daily. The hub tells you what is due; a lawyer decides how it is done.
JustiScript already runs the 7am CoS priority-slot service used by immigration firms and employers across the UK. The hub grew out of that work.
Deadlines and rules in the hub carry the guidance version they were computed under. When the Home Office publishes a new version, we review the rules and tell you what changed.
Questions
You record your sponsored workers once. We then watch visa expiries, right-to-work follow-ups, unused CoS and every SMS reporting deadline in UK working days. When something needs doing, you press one button and JustiScript’s immigration team does the filing, the CoS assignment or the application for you.

Changes about a sponsored worker (not starting, leaving, salary or role changes, unauthorised absence) must be reported within 10 working days. Changes to your organisation (address, key personnel, ownership) within 20 working days. The hub counts the exact deadline including bank holidays.
The hub itself is free for JustiScript clients. Each service is fixed-fee and quoted before we start: SMS reports from £79, right-to-work checks from £59, CoS allocation requests from £149, CoS assignment from £199, Skilled Worker visa applications from £599, mock compliance audits from £750.

The Home Office revoked 4,403 sponsor licences in the 12 months to June 2026, mostly for missed reports, missing right-to-work evidence and untracked visa expiries. Every sponsored worker then has 60 days to find a new sponsor or leave. Prevention is far cheaper: the hub exists to make sure nothing is missed.
