What is in the pack and what do I save?

Three contracts, each as an editable Word file and a PDF in one ZIP: the Employment Contract (England & Wales), which doubles as the section 1 statement; the Consultancy Agreement (Independent Contractor); and the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement. Separately they cost £40.97; the pack is £29.99, a saving of £10.98.

Do I need all three?

If you are taking on your first employee, bringing in a freelancer and talking to suppliers or investors, you will use all three within the first year. If you only need one, buy it on its own; the pack is for a business that wants its core paperwork ready.

Is it updated for the April 2026 employment law changes?

Yes. The employment contract reflects the Employment Rights Act 2025 changes in force from 6 April 2026: day-one statutory sick pay with no lower earnings limit, day-one paternity and unpaid parental leave. The consultancy agreement and NDA are not affected by those changes and are current as at the date on their covers.

Can I use it for all my staff and contractors?

Yes. One payment covers unlimited employees, contractors and counterparties of your own business. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves.

Does it work in Scotland?

The contracts are governed by the law of England and Wales. Much of UK employment law applies across Great Britain, but Scots contract law differs in places, so take advice before using them for staff based in Scotland.
