ILR Fastest in 3 Years? Hollywood Stars Relocating to the UK via Global Talent

In the UK, the practice of directly exchanging money for a visa has already ceased to exist since 2022. But this route offers a very flexible work permit, not a fast track to permanent residency.

There is an Appendix Global Talent: Prestigious Prizes in the Immigration Rules, listing awards that allow you to skip the endorsement stage directly. Appendix Continuous Residence: The 180-day rule: You cannot leave the UK for more than 180 days within any rolling 12-month period. Independent curators, documentary editors, fashion designers, architects, etc., are all within the scope of the Arts Council.
